Jorge has over 20 years of experience in marketing, promotion, selling services and brand positioning. For 11 years he was the Managing Director of the Canadian Tourism Commission (today Destination Canada) in Mexico. During his career, he has obtained in-depth knowledge of the Mexican market, which enables him to develop initiatives for motivating different audiences. He has participated in the coordination of countless events, as well as in the management of sponsorships and strategic alliances with different brands and key business partners in the travel industry.
Besides being responsible for generating new business for PR Central, thanks to his broad contact network, his day to day includes the design and supervision of consumer oriented strategic marketing programs. Jorge is currently President of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Mexico (2015-2016) and was President of the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) in 2012 and 2013.
Alethia’s career in PR began 12 years ago, coordinating communication programs for destinations, hotel chains and suppliers of the travel industry. She has also worked with leading publishing, decoration, entertainment and food brands. This broad range of clients has helped to sharpen her storytelling skills focused on experiences more than mere products and services.
The responsibilities of Alethia include strategic planning, supervision and implementation of communication and PR programs, coordination of consumer focused activities, event planning and execution, development of communication materials and relevant contents, media relations, competitive intelligence and daily contact with clients.
Jessica has six years of professional experience in public relations with tourism, food and pharmaceutical companies, with whom she has implemented an array of activities ranging from inaugurations for plants and hotels, to media relations plans for Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.
Her skills include generating and developing win-win relations with media, players in the travel industry and other influencers. She coordinates communication, promotional and training projects for them, in which she offers them highly personalized and timely attention. Jessica also stands out in the creation of communication documents focused on the informational needs and interests of different audiences in order to connect with them.
In her five years of experience in public relations and corporate communication, Gloria has implemented internal and external strategies with technology, legal, food, tourism, pharmaceutical and education companies, among others. She has acquired suitable experience in order to generate and enhance clients’ relations with their audiences through tactics that match their needs.
Gloria’s daily activities include coordination of PR and internal communication strategies, as well as development of documents focused on the clients’ key audiences, dealing with media and key opinion leaders, and event coordination, among others.
Sergio has 8 years of experience in diverse public relations, marketing and financial projects with clients of the tourism, entertainment and transportation sectors. This work has helped him strengthen his analytic abilities and the comprehensive vision with which he addresses each project, among others.
His responsibilities range from identifying potential strategic partners and clients, as well as developing business proposals, to budget management and PR Central finances. Besides his Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Business Management, Sergio has also a PR and Marketing degree, and a Coaching International Certification.
Samuel coordinates marketing and social media projects with personalized and effective attention. He focuses in detail on each client’s and audience’s needs in order to secure the achievement of goals. In addition, he has public relations experience with tourism and technology clients.
His day to day includes the creation and implementation of media strategies and results analysis, as well as detailed and customized follow-up and adjustments for each project. Samuel also stands out at creating visual materials from still images, banners and editorial design, to video and renderings, among others. His love for visual elements, photography and new trends are a perfect driving force for his job.
Pamela has just joined the PR Central team and is entering the world of public relations. She supports all the accounts by daily monitoring media, developing monthly coverage reports, generating communication documents and dealing with reporters.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in International Tourism Business Management and has professional experience in customer service.
